株式会社ＥＦＬａｂｏ（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するサービス「Musubi」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。
EFLabo Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy to explain how user information is handled in the service “Musubi” (“the Service”).

本サービスの利用に必要な認証情報（当社が提供するログイン情報）を取得します。
Authentication information required to access and use the Service.

セキュリティ確保および不正アクセス防止の目的で、システム基盤によりアクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、アクセス日時等）が記録される場合があります。
Access logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps may be recorded by the system infrastructure for security monitoring and prevention of unauthorized access.

当サービスはYouTube APIサービスを利用しており、ユーザーが動画投稿機能を利用した場合に以下の情報を取得・収集します。
・Googleアカウント情報：ユーザー識別子、氏名、プロフィール写真のURL
・YouTubeチャンネル情報：チャンネルID、チャンネル名、および投稿された動画のメタデータ
・動画投稿データ：ユーザーが選択した動画ファイル、タイトル、Description（概要欄）、および公開設定

The Service uses YouTube API Services and collects the following information when users use the video upload feature:
・Google Account Information: user identifier, name, and profile photo URL
・YouTube Channel Information: channel ID, channel name, and metadata of uploaded videos
・Video Upload Data: video file selected by the user, title, description, and privacy settings

取得したYouTube APIデータは、当サービス内でのYouTube動画投稿機能の提供、および投稿後の動画情報の表示・管理のためにのみ使用されます。
YouTube API data obtained through the Service is used solely for providing YouTube video upload functionality and for displaying and managing uploaded video information within the Service.

本サービスでは、文章生成・整形機能の提供のため Anthropic の Claude API を利用しています。また、一部のテキスト処理機能において Google の Gemini API を利用しています。利用者が入力したテキストは、AI処理のために各サービスのサーバーへ送信されます。
The Service uses Anthropic’s Claude API for text generation and formatting features. Google’s Gemini API is also used for certain text processing features. User input text may be transmitted to the respective service servers for AI processing.

利用者は Google アカウントを利用してログインすることができます。この認証はログインおよびサービス機能の提供のためにのみ利用されます。
Users may sign in using their Google account. This authentication is used only for login and service functionality.

Google APIから取得するユーザーデータは、本サービスの機能提供に必要な最小限の範囲に限定して利用します。
User data obtained from Google APIs is limited to the minimum necessary for providing the Service functionality.

本サービスは、Googleアカウント認証およびYouTube連携機能の提供のため、以下のGoogleユーザーデータにアクセスする場合があります。

■ Googleアカウント認証
・メールアドレス
・ユーザー名
・プロフィール画像
・GoogleユーザーID

■ YouTube連携（ユーザーが動画投稿機能を利用した場合）
・YouTubeチャンネル識別情報
・チャンネル名
・アップロードされた動画に関するメタデータ
・動画ファイル、タイトル、Description（概要欄）、公開設定
・OAuth認証トークン

これらの情報は、本サービスの機能提供の目的にのみ利用されます。

The Service may access the following Google user data in order to provide Google account authentication and YouTube integration features.

■ Google Account Authentication
・email address
・profile name
・profile image
・Google user ID

■ YouTube Integration (when the user uses video upload features)
・YouTube channel identifier
・channel name
・metadata related to uploaded videos
・video file, title, description, and privacy settings
・OAuth access tokens

This information is used solely for providing the Service functionality.

Google OAuth により取得されるアクセストークン等の認証情報は、適切なセキュリティ対策のもとで管理されます。
OAuth tokens and authentication credentials obtained through Google OAuth are securely managed.

本サービスは動画投稿機能を提供するため YouTube API を利用しています。
The Service uses YouTube API Services to enable video upload functionality.

利用者は以下の規約に同意するものとします。
By using YouTube API Services through the Service, users agree to be bound by the following terms:

本サービスは WordPress REST API を利用して記事投稿を行う機能を提供しています。
The Service may publish posts to WordPress using the WordPress REST API.

本サービスのデータベースは Supabase（PostgreSQL）を使用しています。
The Service uses Supabase (PostgreSQL) as its database infrastructure.

当社は、法令に基づく場合またはサービス提供に必要な API 連携の場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者へ提供しません。

当サービスが取得したYouTube APIデータは、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に販売または提供されることはありません。ただし、本機能を利用することで、ユーザーはYouTube利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）およびGoogleプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に拘束されることに同意するものとします。
YouTube API data obtained through the Service will not be sold or provided to third parties without user consent. By using this feature, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

本サービスによる Google API から取得した情報の使用および他アプリケーションへの転送は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use requirements を含む）を遵守します。
Musubi’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

ユーザーは、Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定ページから、本サービスによるGoogleアカウントおよびYouTube APIへのアクセス権限をいつでも取り消すことができます。
Users may revoke the Service’s access to their Google account and YouTube API at any time via the Google security settings page.

利用者は、当社に対してデータ削除を依頼することができます。削除依頼は下記窓口までご連絡ください。
Users may request deletion of their data by contacting the support email below.

本サービスは、ユーザーの認証状態の維持およびYouTube APIとの安全なセッション管理のためにCookieを使用します。これにより、デバイスから直接または間接的に、操作ログ等の情報を取得・保存する場合があります。
The Service uses cookies to maintain user authentication status and to securely manage sessions with the YouTube API. This may result in the collection and storage of operational logs and similar information directly or indirectly from the user’s device.

本サービスは18歳以上の方を対象としています。
The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older.
